This page, accessible from the context dropdown menu of %Sym_administrator_reseller%” The Resellers“, “ The Managers“, summarises the purchases made by managers and the allocations made by an administrator to charge prepaid credit.
To enable the prepaid management for a manager, you have to enable its check in the “Currency and Payment Systems” session of the manager.
The purchase of prepaid credit by managers or its charging by a user who has “Admin” permissions, is necessary if “Prepaid” mode has been enabled and will be scaled from the creation of new “ Users”, from the manual assignment of new products to users, from the creation of “ Cards” or “ Vouchers“.
You can then generate cards, vouchers or users only if the manager has a sufficient credit balance.
Based on the level, you are displayed the following information:

| System | Shows a table with the summary by the reseller, month and year with the sales values deducted from the commission. |
| Reseller | Shows a table with the summary by the manager, month and year with the sales values. |
| Manager | Shows a table with the summary detailed by date with the sales values to the manager. |
Suppose you log in to the system with a system user having the “Admin” permissions for the sales, in that case, you will be displayed the “+” (Add Prepaid Credit) button in the command bar that allows you to directly assign credit to the manager without having to use payment gateways.
If you log in to the system with a system user with the manager role, you are displayed the “+” (Add Prepaid Credit) button in the command bar that allows you to buy credit using a wizard.
This option is only available if the system user has permission to ‘Display Amounts’ and you have selected ‘Default’ is selected in the ‘SMS gateway type’ defined in the manager’s data.
If you view purchases of the single manager (“ The Managers” branch) and the user has the necessary permissions, you are displayed the context properties button that shows an option in the edit group.
